Return Policy

1. Normal Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, or need a size exchange:

• Email us within 48 hours of receiving the order at divya@onyourright.in
• Include your order details and a clear photo/video of the issue
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact
• After verification, we'll arrange a replacement, size exchange, or issue a refund if the item cannot be replaced

2. Pre-Orders & Limited Edition Products

OYR operates on a limited-edition, made-to-order model. Each item is produced based on confirmed orders.

Pre-orders and limited edition products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once payment is made, cancellations are not accepted.

3. Size Chart

Please refer to our detailed size chart before placing your order. We recommend measuring yourself accurately to ensure the best fit.

Size exchanges are not supported unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

4. Return Shipping

In case of approved returns for defective or incorrect products, OYR will cover the return shipping costs. We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your registered address.

5. Refund Timeline

For approved returns and refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
