Refund Policy

1. Pre-Orders & Limited Edition Products

OYR operates on a limited-edition, made-to-order model. Each item is produced only after your order is confirmed.

Pre-orders and limited edition products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once payment is made, cancellations are not accepted.

Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

2. Normal Orders

For regular orders, we offer a 48-hour return/exchange window from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at divya@onyourright.in within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return/exchange
• Clear photo or video of the issue (if applicable)

Eligible Conditions

• Defective or damaged product
• Wrong item received
• Size exchange (subject to stock availability)

Note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Refund Timelines

For approved refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
